Mother Nature sure doesn't seem to know...what a crazy year!
I've NEVER had a desire to ever go swimming in 70 degree weather,
but this year I made an exception...
We had to FORCE summer to get here this year.
Making popscicles; wearing swimsuits; wearing sunscreen; wearing flip flops; ditching the coats and gloves (refusing to wear them anymore, actually); wearing sunglasses; laying out on the trampoline; planting a garden; turning the sprinklers on during a downpour (well, that was an accident)...
and on and on and on...you get the picture.
Did it work?
Ha! No!
We just froze our little hinies off at the Peaks
along with all the other millions of people there,
trying to FORCE our way into summer...
At least we look cute doing it!

They are adorable! ...and I know what you mean about the crazy weather. Spokane is the same way. Maybe July will be better.
