Summer BINGO!

When we lived in Liberty Lake, Washington, I met an awesome mom (Stacy Julian) who had an awesome idea...(it must have been awesome, because I've remembered it for all these years...
I think it's been at least 5 years! Wow...)
ANYway, her idea was to have "themed" weeks for her kids during the summer. She would pick a topic for every week
and every activity would center around that.
(At least that's how I remember it...)
Well, in the last 5 years, she has perfected her summer activity plan for her kids and shared it with me. I found out that not only did I think it was a great idea... but there are many, many followers...
there is even a facebook Summer Bingo group!

Awesome, right?...
So I decided I wanted to "attempt" doing it this year.

Now... for the WARNING:

If you are not someone who scrapbooks and has drawers and bags full of supplies; if you do not have a printer; if you do not have a paper cutter; if you don't have sharp scissors; if you don't have any idea what you're doing when it comes to copying and pasting; oh, and you don't have a husband who is patient and likes your complaining and frustration...

Please...

FORGET the cuteness!

It may look like it's worth it, but in the end, I don't think the kids really care. They just want to play the game for goodness sake! I've put it off for weeks now because of not being able to perfect the "cuteness."
But I had to finish what I started...
SOooo you get the "cuteness." :)
Lucky for me, I like writing and creating "fancy" letters...
EVERYTHING is handwritten.
Ugh.

SOooo...get ready for cuteness... :)

And these pictures are 5 x 7
in case you need specific details...
like me...

Oh...and the AWESOME glitter paper
that was on sale at Michaels?
NOTHING sticks to it!
I tried 2 different types of glue.
 Notta.
I'm sure some of you experienced scrapbookers have some ideas...
Please share!
Modge Podge worked *ok*
but there has to be something better.

Each of the girls has 4 BINGO cards

And more frustration...
not being able to turn your photos the right way!...
believe me; I tried.
Still got the cuteness thing goin' on though, right?

Ok...

the RULES:

Here...I'll interpret so you don't give yourself a headache...
Basically, *you get your morning stuff done first
(or whatever you choose)...
and then you can work on your BINGO card.
*You will get a new card every week
and put a sticker on the activites that you complete.
*You earn a ticket for each BINGO.
*Tickets can be redeemed for special prizes...
*For blackout, the girls get an extra $5.00 along with 5 tickets...

The good stuff:
