I don't think anyone got much sleep Christmas Eve. The girls ended up finally falling asleep around 11pm, and I ended up going to bed around 1am, but I could hardly sleep...
I remember even thinking I heard Santa at some point.
I must have been REALLY tired! lol...
The girls woke up around 6:30am and couldn't resist
taking a peek at what Santa had brought...
They were ready to rip into their presents, but we limited it to 2 presents before church...
of course we upped the limit to 3; giving into pleading from the girls...
Never fails...Brooklyn is always the most dramatic when it comes to opening presents.
I LOVE her expressions!
These are new streamers for her bike handles...
So excited for streamers!
I think we need to cherish this moment...
and a back massager for Bryn...
she always loves a good back rub.
New socks for Addyson...
Hmmm, not looking too excited, lol.
Wait for it; wait for it...
Brooklyn could hardly believe it...new red; sparkly shoes!
She had added these to her Santa list on Christmas Eve.
I told her that Santa had already left, so I wasn't sure he would be able to pick those up,
but Santa's elf left her a note telling her that he got them to Santa "just in time..."
Loving the red shoes...no question what shoes she wore to church that day. ;)
