What do we do with this girl?

She is a performer.
(Already a concert goer...Santa Cruz concert on the beach. Front row.)

I think she started dancing before she was born. And every day since then. She can change her moves from country to pop to jazz to hawaiian to rock...to anything.
You should see this girl move...
Any stage. Anywhere.

She has been singing before she could even talk in sentences. Every day. All day. We remind her "no singing at the dinner table." The day we got a piano, we have been privileged to hear her playing and singing. Every day. Making up her own songs and even having Brynley write down words to her own composition (including all of the "ahhh's; Mmmm's and Ohhhhh's). This girl knows how to rhyme.

Throw any word her way...
She thrives on attention and loves to be noticed. If she's performing with a group, she squeezes her way to the front. She makes sure she's the last one to leave the stage. Smiling and waving. Even when playing soccer at 4 years old, she looked over to find me as if to say, "look at me kick the ball mom!" She loves to pray and give talks at church. And very often we get to hear her long-winded prayers before we go to bed.
(She was a turtle in the play...she memorized lines and learned about 10 different songs)
We had our first experience of karaoke this last summer. I asked the 2 older girls if they wanted to sing. They both excitedly agreed! They signed up to sing a song from "High School Musical." They couldn't WAIT to get up on stage to perform in front of 100 people. They both acted as if they had performed for years. They did awesome and totally surprised me (but I really shouldn't be surprised!) And Brooklyn doesn't just stand there and sing. It's almost like she loses herself in the song. She closes her eyes, tilts her head back and belts it out...she performs. She was good. THEY were good. Even Addyson got up there and sang by herself at 3 years old. "Twinkle Little Star." Not scared at. all.
Brooklyn won 1st place for a costume contest at Brynley's school...
You should have seen how big her head got! lol Go Sharpay!
What a poser...this is serious stuff.
A little actress...she can even fool me!
Performing at Pier 39.
You should have seen the crowd gather around them.

I would love to see her able to compose her own songs. I would love to see her perform on stage...by herself or with her sisters. Maybe they could be the next Dixie Chicks...
Except they would be the DISCO CHICKS...lol.

What do we do with this girl? With these girls?

How fun! I really hope some day I can have a little girl that loves dancing as much as me. What adorable girls you have!

Don't you love how different each child is. All the dancing and acting sounds. Hope to see you this summer! Your going to have to watch out during teenage years she is going to be a boy magnet. What is it about the second child. Christian told us that he likes to play tag with the girls because he likes to hear them scream as they run away.
