3 Year Old ADDYSON
(This was taken last year at Pumpkinland...)
Addyson: "mom...I say "I love you..." and then you say "I love YOU."
"I like daddy" (while nodding her head) ...or mommy, or Brynley or Brooklyn...
"I like werms" "I like werms..."(while nodding her head and looking at me so so seriously). Or beetles, or ants, etc. She knows what she likes and doesn't like, that's for sure. But she likes bugs...for now anyway.
Addyson comes out of her room in the morning and goes right to the clock above the fireplace: "Mom...look at the glock. It's time to wake up!.... See? Look outside...the sun is awake." (Maybe she's trying to convince me so I don't make her go back to sleep, lol) She is all about the sun and the moon lately. She is so interested in why the moon goes to sleep and where it goes to...and when will the sun come up...and where did the moon go?
Addyson wants to sit on the moon and read a book. Today she sat on the side of the couch and leaned back and said, " mom, I can sit on the moon...like this."
Addyson: "mom, I a GOOD listener"
She tries to convince me to let her hold on to the cart at Walmart instead of sitting in the seat. I've learned my lesson...one too many times. "Mom, I hold on to the cart... like this.... "I a good listener." I no want to sit in the cart, no." If we're going in for more than 3 things...this little argument doesn't work. She is going in the cart no matter what. 3 year olds can only listen for SO long...
LOVE our little ADDYSON LIBERTY SO SO MUCH! She is growing up WAY too fast...
