Waiting for our time to board the plane.
Even though it was super hard to leave family and friends,
at least the plane ride was something we could all look forward to...
This is the girls 1st plane ride they can remember...
They were so excited, they could hardly contain it!
Addyson's favorite part was the crazy turbulance as we were
coming in for a landing at the Denver airport...

She started excitedly yelling, "mom, we're goin down! we're goin' down!"
While the other girls were saying "weeee!" and "Yahoooo!"
I'm sure the other passengers weren't too thrilled.
When we landed, they actually had us get off the plane onto the runway!
With the Denver airport being SO big,
I was surprised and had no idea where I was going...

luckily, there were other passengers going toward some random door
down some random hallway, so we just followed along,
hoping we were going the right direction!
We finally made it to baggage claim where the girls saw daddy...
Home sweet home?
