No stress Gingerbread Houses

This year I decided to attempt to make Gingerbread houses...I really wanted to make the gingerbread, but I wanted to be able to enjoy the process of it all and eliminate as much stress as possible...SO...I decided to make Graham Cracker houses! A little middle class, but they turned out upper class in my opinion...I bought some small orange juice cartons (emptied them into a big pitcher so we could still enjoy the juice) and we "pasted" the graham crackers on with store bought whipped frosting...I bought a few bags of candy...mint m&m's, white chocolate kisses with red swirls, candy canes and lifesavers. I just LOVE how they turned out!

From L-R (Grandma and Addyson's house, Brynley, Brooklyn and mine)

Addyson was REALLY enjoying the frosting...I'm putting her on a "non-candy" cleanse after Christmas! I think there MAY be some side effects...

Brooklyn proudly showing me her work, and Addyson licking away...

This tradition is definitely a keeper! Graham Cracker house close up...I don't think I'll ever attempt
"real" gingerbread...

I actually remember making Graham Cracker houses as a kid - so much easier. We attempted the real one this year - lots of work and too big! Merry Christmas!
