This is one of those moments where you see what is going on and your brain sends mixed signals...get mad or find funny?
So, this is what happened: The girls come in WAY too early in the morning, so we send them out to play QUIETLY until we wake up. About 1/2 hour later I hear something going on in the other room and grudgingly decide that I need to pull myself out of bed and go investigate. With my eyes barely open, I see Brynley and Brooklyn in front of the fireplace (which is on) and 2 glasses of Diet Pepsi left from the night before when my parent's came to visit. Then I see our hot dog roaster(which they had to find in the garage)sitting there and a package of saltines. My first reaction is "WHAT are you doing?!" And then my brain kicks in to humorous mode as they start explaining how they are "camping." They are making "smores" with sprinkles in between 2 saltine crackers. Now HOW inventive is that? They had already eaten their RAW hotdogs and were having their dessert when I came out...They were thrilled that I wanted to take pictures of their little campout. I'm just glad that my brain switched "modes." It's a hard task that early in the morning! :)

Its amazing what kids can come up with when they aren't being watched every second. Gavin and Christian have done several things while I was still sleeping.
The girls are cute.
they take after their aunts :) ask mom about connie and my picnic in the middle of the night when we were about their ages/ watermelon in the middle of the living room :)
Love ya
Aunt Cara
